Getting diagnosed with ADHD later in life was a total game changer for me.

Hi, I’m Ashley! Getting diagnosed with ADHD later in life was a total game changer for me. I always knew my brain worked a little differently—full of curiosity, creativity, and a love for diving deep into whatever sparked my interest. But I also dealt with forgetfulness, procrastination, and that constant feeling of being overwhelmed.

Once I understood how ADHD was showing up in my life, everything started to make sense. I could finally see my strengths more clearly, work through the things that were holding me back, and rebuild my confidence from the inside out.

I'm more than my own ADHD diaganosis.

“Just try harder”
is NOT a treatment plan.

Executive dysfunction is real, even if your to-do list is color-coded.

Change is possible—and it starts here.

I believe:

Now, I help teens and adults with ADHD who feel like they’re stuck in a cycle of chaos, indecision, and self-doubt. So many people I work with feel both “too much” and “not enough” at the same time—and I get it, because I’ve felt that way too.

I’m here to remind you that you’re not broken—and you’re definitely not alone. With the right support and tools, it’s absolutely possible to feel more focused, more in control, and more like yourself.

My goal is to help you embrace how your brain works, lean into your strengths, and build systems that make everyday life feel a whole lot easier. If you’re tired of feeling like you’re running just to stay in place, you’re in the right spot.

In January of 2023, I took a leap, LITERALLY, and started training in aerial arts. At first, it was intimidating and a little terrifying. I was the most anxious person in the beginners class! But step by step, I kept showing up. Over time, something amazing happened: that fear turned into confidence, and I went from nervous newcomer to performing with joy and strength.

That experience reminded me of something I deeply believe, big change happens one small step at a time. Whether it's aerial arts or navigating life with ADHD or anxiety, the path forward doesn't require perfection. Just progress. And yes, it really is possible to get where you want to go, no matter how overwhelming it feels at the start.
