ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder) is a neurodevelopmental condition characterized by inattention, hyperactivity, and/or impulsivity. If you frequently struggle with focus, time management, or staying organized, or often feel overwhelmed or restless, an evaluation with a licensed mental health professional can help determine if ADHD is the cause.

I provide individual therapy for teens and adults with ADHD, using a strength-based, evidence-based approach. Our work focuses not only on developing practical strategies to manage daily ADHD challenges, but also on addressing deeper issues—such as internalized negative beliefs and patterns of masking that often arise from living with ADHD. Each client’s therapy is personalized to support their unique experiences, strengths, and goals.
